Management Team

Jerome Pepin
CEO and President
Jerome Pepin is co-founder of WBParts, Inc. and has served as CEO and President since its formation.
Prior to WBParts, Jerome was co-founder of USBid in 1998, an electronic components distribution company. Pepin co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of Performance Software Solutions Inc. (PSSI), a software development and consulting company founded in 1994. He held sales and management positions, with Consilium, Inc. (now Applied Materials), and with Applied Data Research (now Computer Associates). These positions involved providing strategic software solutions to major Aerospace and Defense companies.
Mr. Pepin received an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Massachusetts.

Mark Caulfield
Controller
Mark Caulfield is a Certified Public Accountant who also received his MBA from the University of Florida. Mark joined WBParts at its inception after a background of over twenty-five years of financial management in a wide range of industries. As Controller, Mark is responsible for all financial aspects of WBParts, including financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, tax reporting, auditing, legal and banking relationships. Additionally, he oversees the accounting department staff functions, including all billing, disbursements, payroll, and vendor and customer financial matters.
Mark also interacts with other senior management on strategic goals and long-term planning, as well as with the operations and sales teams to coordinate effective financial processes and regulatory compliance.

Angel Kenney
Operations Manager
Angel Kenney graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Finance/Accounting degree and joined WBParts in 2010. As the Operations Manager, Angel is responsible for defining and administering the company’s quality program as it relates to products sold, handled, and managed by WBParts. This includes responsibility for the QC Manual, QC processes, QC personnel training/certification and ongoing QC initiatives and improvement programs. In addition, Angel is responsible for meeting compliance regimen associated with ASA-100 and AS-9120 standards; as well as the proper packaging, shipping and storage of products and adherence to the QC Manual requirements and to “good business practices” with regard to logistics matters.
As manager of operations, Angel interacts with the sales teams to ensure and promote a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction. Her team manages the procurement of parts to ensure adherence to the approved vendor list in fulfillment of customer orders; communicates with supplier to verify shipment dates, required traceability and other relevant issues and keeps customer informed of said issues; processes requests for nonconforming products; and finally evaluates all customer requests regarding company payment terms.

Mariela Permuy
Quality Manager
As Quality Manager at WBParts, Mariela is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming product in accordance with the company’s approved inspection protocol and mill standards. If the material fails these standards, Mariela must have the material quarantined for further evaluation. For those materials that pass the inspection process, the quality manager packs the material for shipment or storage in accordance with the practices and processes necessary to ensure adherence to the QC Manual and good business practices.
Prior to WBParts, Mariela Permuy worked in Quality Control for a semiconductor distribution company.

Pablo Jaquez
Sales Manager
Pablo Jaquez received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Arts & Sciences from City University of New York- Queens College. Today as a Sales Manager at WBParts, he spearheads a responsive team whose intense commitment serves as a procurement advocate for WBParts’ customers including but not limited to:
- World leaders in proven reliable unmanned aircraft systems & tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high resolution surveillance systems.
- Major players in Malaysian Aerospace & leading technology provider in the fields of ground electronics & avionics
- Logistics center for the U.S. Defense Department specializing in electronic systems
- Facilities for the repair, upgrade & integration of communications, intelligence, surveillance, & reconnaissance systems for all branches of the Armed Forces.
Prior to joining the WBParts, Pablo worked in sales and customer relations in the financial industry.

Krystal Adair
Sales Manager
Krystal Adair is a graduate of Purdue University and Full Sail College with a General Science Degree. As a former small business owner, Krystal’s customer service skills and sales tools were fine tuned. She brings to WBParts a tremendous dedication to her customers and helps to identify the right outsourcing approach for them. Krystal works with a team who are highly trained in the aviation and procurement industry and whose customer list includes:
- The world’s largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial jetliners and defense, space and security systems.
- Leading aviation training company in the world
- Multi-billion dollar global manufacturer of electronic instruments
- World class maintenance and modification facilities that serve nearly every continent around the world

Thomas Corrao
Sales Manager
Tom Corrao has a degree in Business Administration from Keiser University. His professional career includes over 14 years in the customer service industry. Since joining WBParts, Tom is responsible for overseeing procurement efforts for both foreign and domestic governments. He manages a distinguished team of sales people who provide support, customer service and address complex part requirements for their customers which include maintenance and repair facilities, contract manufacturers, U.S. Military Department of Defense and various international MOD’s while adhering to QC guidelines and business best practices. Currently, Tom is leading the initiative that will expand WBParts’ resources to international communities that provide aid to the South Korean, Israeli and Turkish military divisions.

Stephen Du Mont
WBParts, Inc. - Chairman
Stephen Du Mont has been a key advisor to WBParts since its inception and has served as Chairman of our Board. For the past decade Steve has been in the position of Corporate Officer & Global Managing Director leading a strategic consulting team providing pro bono services (for C-level leaders/boards) for Global 500 organizations and government leaders based on changing business model architectures utilizing emerging technologies. Served as unofficial Innovation Productivity Evangelist. Was co-leader of global team dedicated to creation of the Smart Connected Communities business venture identified by Forbes as likely to be the largest growth initiative for Cisco over the next five years. Operated out of Bangalore, India 2008 to 2010 in connection with building dual world headquarters 12,000 person campus.
Prior to Cisco, Steve Served as COO/CEO to execute fundamental strategy repositioning [(Limited Brands- Mast Industries (NYSE), Antigua Group (privately held), Stride Rite Group (NYSE), Guess (NYSE)]. Additionally he served as International Senior Equity Partner for Arthur Andersen & Co (now Accenture).

Gary Heyes
WBParts, Inc. - Co-Founder, Board Member
As co-founder, Gary has been involved with WBParts from the inception assisting in the formation of the company's overall business strategy. Gary is a key contributor of WBParts' Board and is regularly involved in strategic planning activities with the company.
Gary has extensive experience in the electronic and electronic component industry actively serving as CEO for USBid, Inc. Prior to USBid, Gary served as President and CEO of American Silicon Products, a $25 million silicon wafer reclaimer with operations in the United States and Europe, as well as a joint venture in Singapore. He also was head of the $135 million Stationary Power Business Unit of Yuasa Exide.
Gary holds an MBA from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minn., and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
