4730-00-278-0837 A flanged cylindrical metallic item designed to be slipped over tubing and brazed in place. The rear face of the flange forms a bearing surface for the coupling nut, and the front face is of a contour designed to seat against a mating contour on a fitting. When assembled the joint seals at the seat in a manner similar to a seat type union.
