5120-01-591-2120 A hand device for adjusting overhead valve tappets of internal combustion engines. It consists of a handle, and at one end a wrench opening or a drive for a replaceable wrench socket, and a knob operated screwdriver tip. The wrench opening (or socket) engages the tappet adjusting screw lock nut and the screwdriver engages the screw.
