The system includes dual processing enclaves that are comprised of routers, encoders, switches, encapusulators, modulators, receiver/decoders, and encryption devices with associated workstations that utilize a variety of commercial and government developed software. Informally known as TRANSPORTABLE SATELLITE BROADCAST MANAGER (TSBM), and is a part of Global Broadcast Service.
