The item is designed with inset or molded bristles on one side and a sponge backing. The sponge backing may or may not be impregnated with an antibacterial soap, detergent, or other solution. It is shaped to fit the hand and may include a fingernail cleaning device which may be integral or furnished separately. Excludes, BRUSH, SURGICAL SCRUB.
