THE BMC PROVIDES CREW POSITIONS FOR THE NAVIGATOR, FIRE CONTROLL OFFICER, INFRARED SENSOR OPERATOR AND ALL-LIGHT-LEVEL TELEVISION OPERATOR. THE DEVICE WILL SIMULATE REAL-WORLD ENVIRONMENTS, TERRAIN, CULTURE, WEATHER AND ATMOSPHERIC EFFECTS AS WELL AS CREW STATIONS INSTRUMENTS, CONTROLS AND INDICATORS. THISDEVICE PLACES EMPHASIS ON CREW COORDINATION BUT WILL SUPPORT AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS OPERATION. THE ATD/TB INCLUDES INSTRUCTOR AND SYSTEM OPERATOR STATIONS AS WELL AS AN OBSERVER ARETHE DEVICE IS DESIGNED TO BE Y2K COMPLIANT AND HLA COMPLIANT. |
