8455-00-442-3614 A band of material, creased to conform to the shape of a shoulder loop and having insignia representing the grade of the ROTC cadet embroidered in the center of the band. The band is folded around the shoulder loop and fastened with snap fasteners to form a tubular cover. It is readily removable when the grade of the wearer is changed.
